We roast top grade american pecans in house, hand chop them, add a pinch of salt before encasing in silky milk chocolate.
The chocolate we use is a vegan, dairy free chocolate (40% cocoa solids) crafted from Grand Cru de Sambirano cocoa bean. Cashew nuts replace milk to give a milk chocolate flavour without the dairy. Light brown colour and a creamy, smooth taste with gentle notes of fruit and nut. A natural product – no GMO, no chemical processing, no added flavourings and no preservatives
